Meet Jenny Germano

I’m Jenny Germano, founder of BEV COMPLY™ THC Beverage Service Training & Certification and founder of ICS Consulting, a national cannabis compliance consulting firm.
I bring more than 17 years of hands-on experience in the regulated cannabis industry and more than 20 years of hospitality experience. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in cannabis operations, regulatory compliance, employee training, and operational management, giving me firsthand insight into the challenges businesses and employees face in highly regulated environments.
My background also includes experience as a food safety instructor, providing practical training focused on safe food handling and responsible workplace practices. This additional perspective helps me approach THC beverage service not only from a cannabis compliance standpoint, but also from the perspective of hospitality operations, guest safety, employee education, and risk management.
My hospitality experience spans more than 20 years working in commercial kitchens, bars, restaurants, hotels, B&Bs, and event catering. That experience, combined with my background in regulated cannabis, gives me a unique understanding of how to translate compliance requirements into practical expectations for hospitality professionals.
Jenny Germano brings her experience and knowledge from both the cannabis and hospitality industries. Her ongoing involvement with the Cannabis Chamber of Commerce as a member of the Colorado Region Board and participation on the MSU Denver School of Hospitality - Cannabis Hospitality Advisory Board keeps her connected to the evolving needs of the industry and the professionals navigating the growing THC beverage landscape.
I created BEV COMPLY™ to bring together my cannabis compliance and hospitality experience in a specialized training program for professionals who sell and serve hemp-derived THC beverages.
Our training goes beyond THC education. It combines responsible THC beverage service, regulatory compliance, food safety principles, risk management, guest safety, product knowledge, public safety and real-world hospitality operations.
The goal is simple: provide clear, practical education that helps hospitality professionals understand their responsibilities, confidently educate guests, recognize potential risks, follow responsible service practices, and contribute to a safe and compliant service environment.
Through my work with ICS Consulting, I’ve spent over a decade helping cannabis businesses navigate regulatory compliance, operations, employee training, and risk management. BEV COMPLY™ brings that same practical, compliance-focused approach to THC beverage service in hospitality.
With 17+ years in regulated cannabis, 20+ years in hospitality, and experience as a food safety instructor, I understand the challenges of turning regulations and responsible service standards into practical training employees can actually use.
